How We Prepare Shilajit

Raw Shilajit from Gilgit-Baltistan undergoes water-based multi-stage purification. This involves repeated filtration cycles followed by controlled natural sun drying. No chemical solvents are used at any stage of preparation.

How should resin and drops be used?

Resin: dissolve approximately 500mg in warm water or milk once daily. Drops: use 5–10 drops per day (10 drops ≈ 0.5ml). Individual response varies — consistent daily use is recommended.
